J.C. Vito has a BA (Honours) and MA in Economics, both from the University of Calgary. His Capstone project looks at economic regulation of pipelines and utilities. He has previously worked as an economist for the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (AEUB) and as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst and Manager for TransCanada.

J.C. is providing research support for an EEPRN project entitled: "Carbon Pricing Costs for Households and Revenue Recycling Options in Canada ". This work will be completed under the supervision of Jennifer Winter, Brett Dolter and Kent Fellows.
