Chris Miljanich

Chris Miljanich  is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Political Science at the University of California, Santa Barbara. His research uses quantitative causal inference to examine how demographic change and geography affects elections, representation, political participation, and public policy in the United States. Current projects investigate how electoral institutions respond to demographic change, how internal migration affects party policy platforms, and on how public policies affect political geography. Chris received his B.A. in political science from UC Berkeley in 2013.
