Amylia holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Political Science with a specialization in Public Law and Judicial Affairs from McMaster University. She is currently an M.A. candidate at the University of Ottawa for International Development and Globalization. Amylia's personal research focuses on energy security and the justice implications of climate policy development. Amylia is currently working with Aline Coutinho on research pertaining to the gendered dimensions of climate change in Canada.
