Jacob Boucher

EEPRN and Greening Growth Partnership Student Researcher, 2021

Jacob is a Research Assistant working with Dr. Lemphers, a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Smart Prosperity Institute whose research examines the politics and policy of electric vehicles and the impact that this new technology will have on regional economies. Jacob is currently working towards a Master of Science in Environmental Sustainability at the University of Ottawa. Previously, he graduated with honours from an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies. Jacob’s research in the master’s program is focused on how ecosystem valuation can occupy a more decisive role in policymaking.
