Currently enrolled as Ph.D candidate at the University of Calgary. Received master's in economics from the University of Saskatchewan.

Felix's area of research includes International trade policy, International Agreements and Decision under Uncertainty. Specifically,  his research examines economic policy uncertainty, firm's investment decision and pattern of international trade. Felix's research involves economic modelling, empirical estimation and computation using computer programmes such as Matlab, R and Stata.
