Jinan Liu is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Calgary. She has conducted research in environmental economics, energy economics, macroeconomics, and quantitative methods. She is currently providing research support on the EEPRN project that studies the redistribution effects of the carbon tax. As an avid researcher and policy enthusiast, she looks forward to using these passions towards building sustainable systems and improving social welfare.
