Andrew Linton is a Student Research Fellow at Smart Prosperity Institute, where his work centers around synthesizing demand projections for metal extraction in a low carbon economy, and exploring related policy strategies for improving upstream resource circularity. Currently based in Ottawa, Andrew is an M.Sc. candidate in the Master’s of Environmental Sustainability program at the University of Ottawa. He holds a B.Sc. from Mount Allison University, where he worked as the Student Union Sustainability Coordinator, developing and auditing institutional environmental policy. He will commence work shortly with Environment Canada’s Energy and Transportation Directorate as a Junior Policy Analyst.
