Diana Mirzoieva is a PhD candidate in Management (Finance) at the Smith School of Business, Queen’s University. Her work examines executive compensation, corporate compensation practices, and the integration of ESG and sustainability objectives into incentive structures. She also co-authored the Institute of Sustainable Finance discussion paper From Ambition to Accountability, which explores current trends in ESG goal-setting and corporate sustainability targets. Her broader research interests include the intersection of finance, sustainability, and international trade.
