The Supreme Court of Canada issued its ruling on the constitutionality of the Greenhouse Gas Pollution Pricing Act on Thursday, March 25th. This landmark case will significantly impact Canadian climate policy in the years to come. This expert panel, made up of lawyers who argued the case and constitutional law scholars, explained the decision, and discussed its implications for Canada.
