Bianca is a postdoctoral fellow at Smart Prosperity Institute, where her main focus is conducting research on how to improve carbon offset markets. Bianca holds a Ph.D. in environmental and resource economics from the University of British Columbia, and has experience working in academia, local governments, and multilateral institutions with topics such as energy, pollution, labor markets, and economic development.
